Virtual Assistant
Overwhelmed by all the things you have to do
in your business, and struggling to balance work and life?
I help service-providing solopreneurs with ‘online office’ tasks (Admin and Customer Service),
freeing up their time and energy for what they really want to be doing in their business and life.
(US-based businesses only)
I know you’ve been Googling all the how-to’s and your paper-planner is filled with endless
checklists that time-blocking hasn’t helped you get done or caught up with yet.
Starting your own business was supposed to give you more FREEDOM, right?
Yet, you’ve ended up feeling trapped under the weight of a
never-ending to-do list and responsibilities, and it's a juggling act between prioritizing
your business and other parts of your life.

I know what you're going through
With 20 years of service-based career experience, I know the list of who and what to take care of never ends. Trying to do it all and be it all for everyone will drain you.
Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I was a hairstylist. During that 16-year career I was consistently booked out months ahead, serving a repeat client roster of 200+, and over 1,000 people overall before retiring in 2019. I enjoyed my craft and the relationships I'd created, but I was burnt out on all levels.
It’s difficult when there’s only ONE of you and only so many hours in a day to do it all. Even stretched thin, I felt guilty for not being able to give my ‘all’ everywhere it mattered in my life.
While trying to figure out how to take better care of myself, I felt it was time to find a different career that could give me the freedom to recharge and expand into my other interests of business, entrepreneurship and life coaching. At 34, I started my first online business as a Soul Path Coach, quickly realizing I was in way over my head having only worked in brick-and-mortar businesses with no major need for computer skills.
Over the next 5 years, I put myself through several online business and copywriting courses. I hired 1:1 business, sales, and mindset coaches, a branding expert, and did a marketing intensive. I learned email and social media marketing, online scheduling and organizational software, and how to use Canva, Squarespace and WordPress Pro.
Looking for solopreneur support, I joined Facebook groups, followed business gurus and sought out Masterminds where I loaded my head with info and asked tons of questions about running an online business. You name it, I was working on it between shifts at the salon and Soul Path clients. Something had to give.
After retiring from doing hair to focus on my coaching business, it only took a year to realize I was burnt out… again. So, I went on a summer-long hiatus to rest and figure out how to create a better-feeling business.
Funnily enough, during my break, a friend who’s a lifestyle photographer started telling me all about her online business woes, and the service-provider heart in me jumped at the chance to help her out.
She let me take on everything she didn’t know how to do or didn’t have time to do… website updates, copywriting, Google Workspace set-up, mapping out her workflows, building out her CRM, emailing her leads and clients (getting her paid!), working on her marketing campaigns, writing her social media captions, managing her emails, sorting out her bookkeeping… all the things that stressed her out and took attention away from her family, but all the things I love to do!
I was filled with energy and excitement from being able to use all of my hard-earned know-how and admin and customer care skills in service of someone else's business.
I loved knowing I was helping her live into her business dreams while taking away some of the stress of having to do it all on her own. I was hooked!
Coming out of my hiatus, my path was clear. Being a Virtual Assistant and championing my fellow service-providing solopreneurs feels like the highest potential I can live into and I’m so grateful to be doing this!

what to expect with me

A Proactive Approach
Eager to make faster-paced progress? I like to take initiative where I can, so if I notice do-able tasks before you do, I like being able to voice that. I work well with clients who appreciate me anticipating their needs and who like accountability.

High Quality Communication
I'm very responsive, efficient and direct when it comes to talking about my responsibilities, objectives and how I can best serve you, your business and your clients. If this is a 'must' for you, too, let's do this!

Organized To Thrive
I bring my natural organizational abilities into everything I do and love creating systems for efficiency and stability. If you could benefit from some additional structure in how your tasks get done, I'm the one for you.

Making Your Investment Count
Your investment in my services is an investment into your business dream. I take that seriously and make sure that the work you have me doing is going to give you a good return on your investment and help you achieve your goals.

Integrity in Customer Care
Customer service with care and fairness is what I do best. When I'm hired to speak for a business owner and brand, I make sure I'm upholding your vision, values and policies in every customer interaction.

Honoring Healthy Boundaries
In a world of burnt-out entrepreneurs, I've learned that it doesn't serve us to over-serve others. There is no reward for depleting ourselves. I honor boundaries for our well-being and the highest good of all.
the training & experience i serve through
Spiritual Coach
Perceive life from a spiritual (energetic) point-of-view
to help you manage and balance your thoughts and emotions,
learn to follow what feels good and do what works best for your unique soul.
Learn to pay attention to the intuitive messages and important cues
within your own body.
(Note: This is not toxic 'high-vibe only' -it's blending your humanity with your divinity.)
Akashic Records Reading
I incorporate information about soul essence,
clearing past-life karmic patterns via making new choices,
and any other soul realignment needs into coaching packages only.
This is deep work and needs time and guidance to properly move through.
Soul Path Blueprints
Using key pieces of your birth information in numerology, astrology and
your Akashic Records, this blueprint is a practical guide to connecting to
who you are at soul-level while helping you uncover your purpose,
deeper meaning and direction to follow in life.
Since 2015, I've been using my own mix of methods
and working with clients to refine the Soul Path Blueprints,
getting as much feedback as possible to continue making
the information easy to understand and practical.
